~ Independent Listing Agents ~

 

General. Independent nnyRealty Listing Agents will receive compensation based upon their qualifications, skills and how much work/effort is involved in the acquisition of property listings. The more you can do, the more you'll be paid. Compensation is also based upon a percentage of the total listing fees paid which may vary in different counties/areas.

Basic Compensation Rates.

1. Listing Client Referrals. Refer a property owner listing client to nnyRealty.com and receive 10% for the first referral and 15% (for subsequent referral's) of the current listing fee for confirmed paid listings.

2. Obtain a For Sale by Owner listing client on your own, take the photos, obtain listing details (within our stated listing guidelines), then submit/ forward/ e-mail them to nnyRealty.com for completion of the listing and receive up to 40% of the paid listing fee.

3. Obtain real estate related advertising clients for nnyRealty.com and receive up to 30% of the ad fee for prepaid 1 year contracts. nnyRealty will perform all of the ad design work. If you do the ad design work, you'll receive 50% of the ad fees. (Subject to ad size, placement within our website and other established criteria)

4. Research and submit bank foreclosure (REO) leads from local county records and/or banks/mortgage companies. Receive 10% commission for each referral that results in a paid foreclosure listing or make the contacts and secure the listings yourself (and take/obtain photos and listing details) to receive up to 40% of the paid REO listing fees.

Additional Compensation. The above stated compensation rates are meant to be minimum commission/compensation rates only and may be modified/increased based upon a yet to be determined formula/scale for high performing listing agents. Other incentives above and beyond those already stated may include the granting of exclusive nnyRealty marketing and/or listing rights within selected counties and profit sharing.

nnyRealty Marketing Materials. Independent Listing Agents may be required to purchase nnyRealty marketing materials (at our cost) based upon the level of their involvement with nnyRealty.com. These materials may include nnyRealty Business Cards and Yard Signs. As Independent Contractors/ Listing Agents these items as well as other in home office costs would/may classify as tax deductible business expenses.

While I have yet to figure it all out in finite detail, my bottom line is this ... " The more you can do, the more you'll get ".
