"If you've been lucky enough to develop a unique "For Sale by Owner" Real Estate Marketing Program that provides a beneficial "In-Demand Service", while generating a good income opportunity... why not share it with others"?

While nnyRealty.com is currently focused within Jefferson, Lewis, St. Lawrence, Oswego and Oneida Counties, my ultimate goal is to expand our real estate marketing program into all counties in up state/Northern New York.

In order to grow in this endeavor, we'll need to recruit Independentent Listing Agents, financial investors and partners. We'll also have to develop networks, mutual links and joint ventures with other local and national online real estate sites that share our goals and objectives. We'll need funds for hardware, software and promotion. We're willing to offer equity at a current rate of $2,500 for 1% ownership (up to 40%).

In terms of employment, we're looking for individuals who have worked in some aspect of the real estate industry (real estate sales, construction, contractors etc.). Specifically, we're looking for Independent Listing Agents that will help us to fully develop our real estate marketing program within their own geographic area (County); who'll be willing to work as Independent Contractors and/or Profit Sharing Partners.

Your income potential will ultimately be based upon individual experience, available time and your degree of independence. The more you can offer; in terms of experience, self reliance, tools (computer, web design savy, communication skills, digital camera etc.) the more you'll earn.
