How much do our Services Cost?:

Our basic Property Management Fee is 10% to 12% of the Gross Rents collected; which means that if a unit is vacant: we get nothing for that unit; if a tenant hasn't paid their rent or if their rent check doesn't clear your Rental Account our General Property Account, then we get nothing.

This exclusive policy serves to give PMbC more than an ample incentive to rent your property/properties and to collect your rents when due!

Our secondary means of income is derived from the Care and Maintenance of your Property.

Labor rates may vary between $6.00 to $35.oo an hour (avg. of !5.oo/hr.) depending upon the nature/technical difficulty of the work performed. As an alternative, PMbC will also submit written bids from other Contractors, to the Owner, for major contracted repairs and/or services; and we'll beat their price!
