Listing/Design Fees:
Our "One-time"Residential Home and Land Listing Fees are based upon the number of web pages needed to professionally showcase your listing. A Single Page Listing is a one-time fee of just $175.oo and consists of a large exterior photo of your property, a Slide Show with up to 10 more images as well as other features noted below. Two-Page Listing is a one-time fee of just $225.oo. With a two page listing, the first page usually consists of exterior images and general listing information that highlights the advantages of the properties location. The second page is then dedicated to interior photographs, more detailed listing and owner contact information. View an example of a residential "Two Page Listing". With any 2-page listing, a 3rd page, if needed, is always provided free of charge. A 3rd page may consist of additional photos, list of items included with sale, plot plan of property etc.
Commercial Property Listings are $275.oo for a single page and $375.oo for a two page listing. Commercial property listings may include businesses, spec homes, developments/ subdivisions etc. These listings may also include floor plans, inventory and/or equipment lists, plot plans (>) and more.
Note: In our view, the primary consideration in deciding upon a single or two page listing depends upon the following property marketing factors:
1. The asking price and/or value of the property.
2. Location and amenities offered.
